#1-Thirty Minute Meals – $78 - SOLD OUT

Tuesday, September 23, 2014, 7-9 pm

      • We will cook 3 delicious meals in under 2 hours.
      • A fish dish, a chicken dish and a beef dish with appropriate side dishes.

 


#2-Simple Sauce Class – $78

Tuesday, September 30, 2014, 7-9 pm

      • We will focus on “ pan” sauces for chicken, meat, fish pasta and pork.




#3-”Asian Fusion Entrees” – $90

Tuesday, October 7, 2014, 7-9 pm

      • Red curry chicken stir fry
      • Miso glazed salmon with baby bok choy
      • Korean style beef tacos




#4-Fish Cooking Class – $90

Tuesday, October 14, 2014, 7-9 pm

      • We will learn how to prepare Chilean Sea bass, red snapper and Yellowfin tuna




#5-”Hold the Beef”, Vegetarian Cooking Class $90.00 

Tuesday, October 21, 2014, 7-9 pm

      • We will cook with root vegetables, kale, swiss chard and other Autumn veggies.




#6-Healthy Holiday Side Dishes – $78

Tuesday, November 4, 7-9 pm

      • We will prepare alternative side dishes for the holiday season.
      • We will work with brussel sprouts, quinoa, barley and other root vegetables
