What To Expect: Great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- Classes are 2 hours
- Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish

Come join us and learn how to prepare new, healthy and exciting chicken dishes using seasonal spring ingredients. We will make sauces and side dishes to accompany every chicken dish. SPRING IS HERE- BE A SPRING CHICKEN!!!
#2 – “Eat Your Veggies Class”
WEDNESDAY APRIL 5, 2017, 7-9 pm – $80 per person – THIS CLASS NOW SOLD OUT
This is a great class for vegetarians and anyone who would like more skills and ideas when preparing their vegetables. We will work with all spring vegetables ( leeks, lemon, asparagus, radishes, baby carrots, artichokes, arugula and many more!!
#3 – “Easy Chinese Appetizers Class”
WEDNESDAY April 19, 2017, 7-9pm – $88 per person
Deconstructed crab Rangoon, assorted “satays” with dipping sauces, Shrimp and pork dumplings, Chinese chicken salad

Treat your mom to a hands on cooking class and the two of you will learn how to make delicious “ small plates” from around the globe

In this class we will focus on a chicken, beef and fish dish with sides that the whole family will enjoy. We will utilize seasonal spring ingredients.
#6- “Bring Your Chianti Class – Tuscan dinner party menu”
WEDNESDAY June 7, 2017, 7-9pm – $90 per person
In this class we will make an Italian feast focusing on:
- Assorted spring bruscettas
- Chicken, pancetta and bean stew with sage
- Tagliatelle with field mushrooms, lemon and tarragon
- Strawberry and mascarpone trifle
