AMG is also available for private group cooking classes.

What To Expect: Great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Classes are 2 hours
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish

WINTER 2017 CLASS SCHEDULE

Wednesday January 11, 2017 – $78 per person
7-9 pm

  • White winter gazpacho
  • Tomato and white bean panzanella salad
  • Chicken picatta
  • Molten chocolate lava cakes

 


 

#2- 30-MINUTE HEALTHY WINTER MEALS – THIS CLASS IS NOW SOLD OUT
Wednesday January 18, 2017 – $90 per person
7-9pm

  • We will create a chicken, fish and meat dish and make delicious seasonal side dishes with each protein

 


 

#3- SUSHI & DUMPLINGS CLASS – THIS CLASS IS NOW SOLD OUT

  • Let’s celebrate the Chinese New Year by rolling some sushi and making some dumplings

  • Winter green salad with classic French vinaigrette with goat cheese “ disc”
  • Individual Beef Wellingtons

  • Seared scallops with tarragon-dijon aioli

  • Your dish is only as good as the sauce that accompanies it…
  • We will focus on some classic French sauces with appropriate proteins
