SPRING 2015 CLASS SCHEDULE


#1- SPRING IS HERE – Early spring dinners for the whole family to enjoy
TUESDAY, April 28 – $90 per person
7-9 pm

  • Arctic char with lemon sauce and barley risotto
  • Sauteed chicken with a asparagus and a parsley-tarragon
  • Skirt steak with chipotle aioli and sautéed mushrooms gremolata



#2- MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH CLASS – Treat your mother (and yourself) to learn to create a beautiful brunch at home
TUESDAY, May 5 – $78 per person
7-9pm

  • Spinach and feta “ strada” with carmelized onions
  • Challah bread French toast “ pudding” with three berry salad
  • Crepes ( savory and sweet)



#3- SPRING FISH CLASS
TUESDAY, May 12 – $90 per person
7-9pm

  • Roasted halibut with fennel and potatoes
  • Parmesan crusted Cod with bruscetta topping
  • Shrimp with braised leeks and whole wheat pasta



#4- GLUTEN FREE THE EASY WAY  –  THIS CLASS IS SOLD OUT
TUESDAY, May 19 – $90
7-9pm

  • We will make a 3 course gluten free meal (menu TBD)

 


#5- 30-MINUTE MAIN MEALS
TUESDAY , May 26 – $90 per person
7-9pm

  • Chicken paillard with romaine/kale caesar “ slaw”
  • Seared steak Asian inspired lettuce “ wraps”
  • Baja-“ish” fish tacos



#6- Late SPRING/SUMMER APPETIZERS – Learn how to create unique and “ impressive” appetizers for your next summer party
TUESDAY, June 2 – $90 per person
7-9 pm

  • Watermelon-Vodka Gazpacho “ shooters”
  • Saucy Chicken Hoison “ roll ups”
  • Scallop “Crudo”
  • Green Goddess Crab Tapas
