Adult Cooking Class Schedule – Spring 2019

You will eat what you make, so bring your appetite!

AMG is also available for private group cooking classes.

What To Expect: Great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Classes are 2 hours
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish


#1 – “Knife Skills Class”

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3, 2019,  7-9 pm – $90 per person

Come join us and hone your basic knife skills and practice fundamental cuts- mince, brunoise, julienne and more

  • Potato “gratin”
  • Barbecue chicken Cobb salad
  • Quinoa Tabbouleh
  • Chickpea Waldorf salad

#2 –  “Your Dish is Only as Good as Its Sauce”

WEDNESDAY APRIL 10, 2019, 7-9 pm – $98 per person – NOW SOLD OUT

  • Satay Sauce
  • Arugula and kale pesto
  • Lemon-herb “pan” sauce for chicken
  • Red wine-rosemary sauce for steak

#3 – “Sushi and Dumpling Class”

WEDNESDAY April 24, 2019, 7-9pm – $98 per person

We will “roll” the night away making sushi and homemade dumplings

#4 – “Early Cinco de Mayo Class” (Bring your best margarita to class)

Thursday  May 2, 2019, 7-9pm – $90 per person – NOW SOLD OUT

Lets learn “healthy Mexican” cooking in preparation for Cinco de mayo, ad share your favorite margarita recipe with your peers.

#5 – “Mother’s Day Cooking Class”

WEDNESDAY May 8, 2019, 7-9pm – $90 per person

Treat your mom to a 2-hour appetizer cooking class – or join her and master the following spring dishes

  • Savory and sweet baked brie “en croute”
  • Tomato and artichoke bruscetta
  • Nutella stuffed strawberries
