Adult Cooking Class Schedule – Spring 2020

You will eat what you make, so bring your appetite!

AMG is also available for private group cooking classes.

What To Expect: Great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Classes are 2 hours
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish

SPRING 2020 CLASS SCHEDULE


#1 – “Protein, Protein and More Protein” CANCELLED

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 1, 2020,  7-9 pm – $90 per person

Join us and we will roast, sear and braise the night away

  • Seared skirt steak with chimichurri sauce
  • Roasted chicken breasts with lemon-white wine herb sauce
  • Balsamic braised pork chops

#2 –  “Spring Brunch Class” CANCELLED

WEDNESDAY APRIL 22, 2020, 7-9 pm – $90 per person

Join us and learn how to create delicious brunch cocktails and dishes to please all of your guests

  • “BREAKFAST SANGRIA” 
  • Sweet and savory crepes
  • Asparagus, gruyere and caramelized onion galette
  • Overnight blueberry  French toast casserole


#3 – “Cinco de Mayo Cooking Class” CANCELLED

Tuesday April 28, 2020, 7-9pm – $90 per person

Let’s make some unique margaritas and learn how to cook some healthy Mexican dishes

#4 – “Mother’s Day Cooking Class – Small Plates from Around the Globe” CANCELLED

Wednesday May 6, 2020, 7-9pm – $90 per person

Treat your mom to a hands on cooking class and the two of you will learn how to make delicious “ small plates” from around the globe

#5 – “Beautiful Spring Veggies”  CANCELLED

WEDNESDAY May 13, 2020, 7-9pm – $90 per person

In this class we will highlight spring vegetables in the meals we prepare

  • Strawberry, brie and balsamic tartlettes
  • Pan seared radishes with miso
  • Quinoa pilaf with spring peas and asparagus
  • Leek, spring herb and goat cheese fritatta


#6- “Bring Your Chiani (Tuscan Dinner Party Menu)” CANCELLED
