Adult Cooking Class Schedule – Spring 2021

You will eat what you make, so bring your appetite!

AMG is also available for private group cooking classes.

What To Expect: Great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Classes are 2 hours
  • Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
  • You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish

#1 – “SUSHI and DUMPLING CLASS” (back by popular demand) 

WEDNESDAY March 31, 2020,  7-9 pm – $98 per person

We will “roll” the night away making sushi and learn how to make dumplings!!!





#2 –  “SPRING BRUNCH CLASS”

WEDNESDAY APRIL 7, 2021, 7-9 pm – $98 per person

Join us and learn how to create delicious brunch cocktails and dishes to please everyone

  • “BREAKFAST SANGRIA” 
  • Sweet and savory crepes
  • Asparagus, gruyere and caramelized onion galette
  • Overnight blueberry  French toast casserole




#3 – “GET THOSE GRILLS GOING!!!!!!”

Wednesday April 21, 2021, 7-9pm – $98 per person

GRILLING TIME!!!

  • Grilled skirt steak with chimichurri sauce
  • Grilled jerked chicken wings
  • Grilled veggie kabobs with spicy lime yogurt sauce




#4 – “(Almost) Cinco de Mayo Class”

Wednesday April 28, 2021, 7-9pm – $98 per person

  • SPICY GRAPEFRUIT MARGARITAS
  • Crab and bacon guacamole
  • Shrimp ceviche “cocktails”
  • “AMG” street tacos





#5 – “MOTHER’S DAY COOKING CLASS – SMALL PLATES FROM AROUND THE GLOBE”

WEDNESDAY May 5, 2021, 7-9pm – $98 per person

Treat your mom to a hands on class and the two of you will learn how to create “small Plates” with HUGE flavor from around the globe

#6- “BEAUTIFUL SPRING VEGGIES AND BERRIES”

WEDNESDAY May 12, 2021, 7-9pm – $90 per person

In this class we will make an Italian feast focusing on..

  • Strawberry, brie and balsamic “tartlettes”
  • Pan seared radish with miso
  • Quinoa pilaf with spring peas and asparagus
  • Leek, Spring herb and goat cheese “strada”





#7- “BRING YOUR CHIANTI (Italian dinner party menu)”
